Hi! I have a question...I have a credit limit of 300 dollars, I reached 600 dollars and more before my account has been blocked. Why they didn't suspend it just after reach the credit limit? thank you

At this time, due to Covid19, we aren't suspending any services between March 16th and June 14th. This also applies if you have a credit limit.


Are you certain your account is suspended? This shouldn't be the case.
