Hi! I have a question...I have a credit limit of 300 dollars, I reached 600 dollars and more before my account has been blocked. Why they didn't suspend it just after reach the credit limit? thank you

At this time, due to Covid19, we aren't suspending any services between March 16th and June 14th. This also applies if you have a credit limit.

 

Are you certain your account is suspended? This shouldn't be the case.

 

That said, we're also offering flexible payent options to those who may need a break right now. If you need to set up a payment arrangement you can reach our credit operations team. You can dial *732 on your Fido phone to reach them, or chat with them via LiveChat over here.
