Just got off the phone with Fido about my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge not letting me log on with my Email address but ogs me in as a different email account.
I was greeted by Noah. as fustrated/confused as i was and angry that I had to call again (had to spend 3 hours yes 240 minutes) with a Fido rep about another issue last night Smh. I just had to the a little time out to make sure Noah be credit for a Job well done. Not only was he very helpful but a pleasant person to talk with. Thank you for trying and going above and beyond expectations to help out a fellow person. Cheers.
