I am writing to brag about the great customer service I received from SHADE - I didn't get his last name - at Galeries Granby shopping centre on December 22nd. It was one of the busiest days of the year, and SHADE was serving me while answering questions from another rep-in-training and several other customers who stopped by the kiosk to ask "just a quick question." SHADE was unfailingly polite and professional and deserves great praise for his attention to excellent customer service. He makes FIDO look very good.
