Very bad CS experience

I wanted to share my experience when i wanted to engage in another 2 years! My husband and i have our lines with fido since 2018, we both engaged in a 2 years plans. Since the contract comes to an end soon we've been browsing some good offers woth Fido to have a new phone. Evey time we call the customer service we have a specialist that supports and answers our questions and obviously gives a price to pay which doesn't suit us, as we don't agree by the end of each call and sometimes because the person doesn't want to bother herself! They hang up or say this is all what we can do if you want you can cancel your contract!!!

our last calls were targeted to get an iphone 12 pro for one of the lines, each person we talk to gives us a version. Some says u need a down payment of 600$ + the phone lease +the plan. Others say you can't get this price because it is impossible to apply and we don't know why the previous agent gave you this info it was an error! 
i am terrified by the training they could get to each time change their sayings and i am more perplexed each time to decide what to do. Now i am convinced more than anytime that i won't keep both plans with fido but rather would go to a different operator.

bravo Fido you just lost 2 clients!!
