I bought the phone from Apple 2 days ago and I have protection plan and it’s on my account. I got into accident and my phone is no where to be found with my wallet and other stuff.
If if I have the device protection on will they send me the phone ? And also I called brightstar and they like no it’s not on the account so what do I do ?

With the information you gave, it looks like it's not the Device Protection you have with us, but the Apple Care
So with your current situation, it would be best to contact Apple directly to check your options

It’s device Protection I pay$11 per month to Fido. On the bill it said device protection.
