Bonus Data Not Appearing on Account

I just signed up with a Fido account, and chose the $45 (6GB w/ 5GB Bonus Data) plan. However, it's not showing my bonus data, and is only showing that I have a 6GB plan.

Hey @markjmckenzie! Welcome to the community!

 

 

It seems that you are talking about our 1Gb plan with 5Gb bonus data. As you can see on fido.ca, the plan already includes the 5Gb bonus for a total of 6Gb. We're advertising the plan as 6Gb with 5Gb bonus included:

 

 

Our app will show the full data bucket including the bonus. Hope this answers your question!
