Block outgoing calls and texts

Hi. I just requested earlier to a fido rep if he can block outgoing calls and sms on my data only plan. Not the incoming calls and sms. But what he did was, he blocked my incoming texts and calls. Just got an email. It’s the opposite of what I requested from him. ☹️
