When I had called in for Black Friday, to change to a better phone plan the customer service rep had told me that I could upgrade to a differnt phone for Black Friday deals. He said the IPhone 12 (not the 12 mini) was for $20 a month for 24 months. I thought it was a great deal and so I agreed. I also asked him multiple times on the phone what phone it was before it was shipped to me, and he confimed it was a black IPhone 12 for $20/month for 2 years. I received my phone and now on the bill I'm seeing a device charge of $40 + tax. This is so unfair I don't understand. Customer calls are recorded so shouldn't they be able to play back the call and listen to what I was offered????
Hey @PriyaBala! Philippe here. I hope you're doing well.
I'm sad to read about your experience. I can certainly understand your frustration about not getting quoted the correct price for your purchase and having to deal with the fallout!
