Not able to update my residence addresss for billing

Recently I moved to another apartment and trying to update the current address for billing. System is not allowig to update. Kindly help to resolve this issue ASAP.

Hello @riyazenayath , sorry to hear that you are unable to update your address online. Did you select the suggested postal address when entering your information? Sometimes the address suggested by Canada Post is the one that should be used. If you didn't get that option, then unfortunately you will have to contact Fido directly to have an agent update your information for you. You can contact customer support by any of the methods mentioned HERE
