Billing

I paid my bill online with interac and did not receive a confirmation email? Is there any way I can get a confirmation from fido that they received my payement? On my bank account details I can see that the amount of the bill was taken but I don't know if fido received the money. Thank you

@jossur0166 Can you check your spam/junk folder to make sure the confirmation email did not go there.

 

If you login to MY ACCOUNT then go to Billing & Payments then click on Payment History on your right and you should see all your payment history with the refrence number.

Thanks for the message.. A few ways to check the confirmation that are not mentioned *28 will give you details on last payment received as well if you can't find confirmation call customer care and see if one was sent and if so have them resend it to the email on file. Also you want to make sure we have the correct email on file as well. Hope this helps:)
