Hi I have been charged for long distance call for 23 minutes which I clearly didn't make . So what can I do please help

First I would suggest you save/print your detailed invoice and review it, see here for how to do that.
After reviewing it and you still think there are discrepancies then you would need to contact customer service directly and they will be able to assist you further.
