Billing issue

It's been 2 months i am trying to solve an issue with my billing and NO ONE is helping me. Fido is charging me extra charges without my consent and the agent keeps hanging up the phone in my face! I got the worse service ever and my issue isn't being solved. I spoke to 6 agents 1 supervisor and NO SOLUTIONS were made!
