I've been told by Fido that billing cycle is set when you activate your account, and will not be changing each month. In my view, Fido is in contradiction because they're changing my billing date to secure a late payment fee charge, that sucks

Hi there @Poric_43 , the date was actually changed to save you a late payment fee. If it takes longer than the due date for your payment to be processed, then a late fee is automatically triggered. This way it saves the time for you to call in and inquire about the late fee. I personally like my payment being added to my cc a few days earlier so I don't have the hassle of trying to get it reversed. I'm a bit ocd that way and I know other people like to take it to the edge. The change was on fact for our benefit.
