I paid my bill on August 19, and September 13. But my next invoice is including the amount I already paid, Could you check to this issue?

There can be a posting period depending on the payment method used and if we received your payment after your billing cycle closed it wouldn't show on your current invoice.
Could you share with us your billing cycle date and the payment method you used to process the payments?
You can verify however your balance on your online account to see whether it changed since you made your payment.
