Please advise how and where to find my previous month's bill to review charges. I am a new customer and am unable to find my first bill online anywhere. I can only find the previous month's balance....not the charges.

I got the same issue, followed the steps but still couldn’t find previous bills.

Welcome to the Community Smiley

You can access your billing and payment history by clicking on VIEW & MANAGE BILL after signing into your Fido account.


Just to confirm, do you have a postpaid or a prepaid account?


Also, what do you see on your account when you access that section? Your invoices should be listed in a drop-down menu, from where you can select the bill you'd like to view.

  Welcome to the community!


  You should be able to view the details of your bill via My Account --> View & Manage Bill. From there, you should be able to Print and Save a PDF version of your bill. Alternatively, you should also be able to view the details online via the Monthly Charges, Usage Summary, and Other Charges and Credits links.
