Bill payment

I made a bill payment at my bank, I later found out it takes 3-5 business days. I called Fido and told a representative she said no problem a note will be made of that and there will be no disruption of service. I just got a text yesterday saying my service is going to be canceled until they receive my payment. With the long weekend now what do I do?

I would call customer service one more time to make sure the system does not suspend your service. 

In the future making a payment by credit card or in person at a Fido location would be the fastest way to bring your account back to good standing.
