I do not pay bills with credit cards and would like to pay directly from my account online. Fido states I need to down!oad an app to do this but there are no apps for my credit union.  Does that mean I can't pay online

You can find our accepted payment methods here. You can pay online through your fido.ca account via your financial institution as well if you do not wish to use your credit card.

 

Are you referring to the Fido My Account application?
