Hi all,

I have legally changed my name, how can I change it in my Fido Plan as it is important to have my cell phone monthly bill on my name.

We understand how important it is for you that your real name reflects on your account. We can certainly help you with that. 

 

You will need to send us documentation proving that your name was legally changed. You need to mail or fax a copy of the Change of Name Certificate from your authorized provincial office or your updated Birth Certificate.

 

Once we receive the document, we'll update the name on your file within 48 hours.
