Actually I switched my carrier from Fido to bell on 30 December and today I received an email from Fido showing the bill of -11$ but when I opened the app it shows the sna amount and written that you do not have to pay any amount so I am not sure about that

From what you note, it would appear you have a credit on your final bill. That usually happens because your services would have been prorated for the remaining days you had with Fido. Credit balances on final bills are usually send to the address on file.
