Bill goes up after conversation with retention team

I had a chat with a Fido agent before my promotion ($15 discount) ended, and the agent told me that I would be able to keep my promotion as long as I stay with Fido. I have the chat transcript.


Now this month I see that my bill has gone up, and when I try to explain my situation by live chat they told me that this is not possible. 


Is this even possible? How can they promise me such price earlier, recorded in chat transcript but to revoke later and raise my bill? Is there some other way to get help other than live chat? Thanks.
