Bill and account balance

Hello.

I just got my first bill of $103.70, which includes my plan ($55), taxes ($11.93) and services/one time charges ($36.77). But if I try to pay, it says that my account balance is $64.15.

Why are they different and how much do I actually have to pay?

I don't have access to your bill but it seems like $64.15 is the amount to pay. I also suggest you to to dial *28 from your Fido phone as it's the quickest way to find what your latest balance is.
