Hi, I talked with live chat agents serveral times about my overcharged inaccurate billing, one agent promised that will be fixed in 2-3days ,another said 5-10 days . One month since then, nothing ever happen . I feel so dissappointed and frustrated . So, I want to cancel the plan and get my overchaged money back.please help. Thank you.
