Would love to know why my monthly mobile bill has increased by $3.39 for no reason. Nothing has changed! I have not added any features but but without a warning or explanation I'm now paying more. Why Fido? Why don't you commuicate?

Thanks KAPABLE-K. There was nothing on my invoice so I went back to my previous month's invoice and there it was....something about in order to continue giving me the service I've come to expect, blah, blah, blah. So reallly this is nothing but a cash grab because they can and so the execs at Rogers can continue to get huge bonuses.
