Just want to share it was such a pleasure being helped by rep William yesterday. He was not only super friendly and patient but was able to give me great information and helped me resolve my problem. 

 

Is there any place where I can rate my customer service experience? Would love to rate such a great rep! Definitely makes a huge difference.
