Hi I just wanted to ask if you guys can add more detail to the bill is ready emails? Can it include more detail about the bill like the bill#, billing cycle start and end dates, right now it just includes the ammounts so if I want more detail I have to login and find my bill every month.
Can more detail be included in the emails from FidoBill@fidomobile.ca?

Hi @Daylnb & welcome to the Community.
For security and privacy reasons, we don't send bills by e-mails. We send an e-mail to notify you that your bill is ready, but for the details you'll need to log in to Fido.ca.
If you prefer, you can always opt for paper billing.

@Daylnb The email contains your account number and the amount due, having the start and end date is redundant because your billing cycle dates would not change.

Did you make sure that you have the right address email associated to your account?
This way, you can make sure that you get the communication letting you know your bill is ready?
Also, you had a chance to check your Spam folder?
