Being ripped off by Fido

Why do i get charged $45 x 2 setup fee when i do not go through Fido to purchase phones.

I think its a RIP off and another Scam by Fido & Rogers.

Who did you go through to buy the phones? 

If you are doing a hardware upgrade the only way the fee is waived is by doing it online through self-serve at fido.ca. If you go through customer service, a Fido store, or a third-party retailer like Walmart, BestBuy, Costco you will be charged the fee.
