After waiting for 17 mins for a rep to answer (this one is fine), and talking to them for less than 5 mins, they tranfered me to "Loyalty Department" been waiting from "Loyalty Department" to pick up my call for >2.5 hours. Lets see how it actually takes you pick up my call fido
