I've been dealing with this issue for two months now! I get a new phone in December they cancel it then suspect me of fraud. Didn't let me know either had to find out myself. I called got that issue fixed now when I had made the purchase for a new phone I put $400 on that down payment for the phone. They put the money on credit had to call again about the 400 being on my down payment which they still haven't fixed!! So they took out now twice the money that was originally suppose to be on my down payment for my phone bill! Not happy with the situation considering it's not my fault and they messed up.
