Bad behaviour of Customer Representative URVISH

November 25, 2023 around 1145AM at Scarborough Town Centre, We saw the Black Friday Promotion 40GB for $35.  As Fido user for how many years we want to grab this promotion. While on the queue some representative  will come and asked what is the reason for visit. When our turn, the customer representative attitude URVISH towards us was unacceptable dealing the customer with loud voice and being inpatient of explaining the system and teaching us how to update the address,using a word "**bleep**" when the fido system kept slow was totally wrong that's our first encounters, but we kept quite and we just want to finished our transaction with him, he told us to come back once we update the address without teaching us how, I believe that part of his Job to teach, explain and give option for solutions not shouting the customer and chase, but luckily one of his colleagues are helpful and teach us how to do it so we can avail the promotion. On the second encounter to my husband he started yelling with his coworkers and dragging the computer in front of my husband and dealing with loud voice towards us and for being impatient of helping and serving us. As a customer of Fido for how many years and even not a customer we have the right to be treated properly not being verbally harassed by your customer representative.

Fido should create an option or system where the customer can complain with, they are always protecting their employees and keep imposing that no verbal harassment is acceptable but how about us customers was experience verbal harassment from the Fido customer representative.
