Automatic Payments and FIDO Paper Statements

Currently I,
1. Receive PAPER statements (a must - do NOT want to change this)
2. PAY bill MANUALLY online

 

Q1:  If I choose AUTOMATIC Payment by credit card - how are future Fido Bills sent - paper mail or email only?
Q2.  If bills change to email, how do I go back to paper statement?

Hello @JacquiA,

 

Your payment method and invoice delivery are different if you are getting paper invoice and setup automatic payment your invoice delivery method will remain the same.

 

In the event your invoice delivery method changes to paperless and would like to go back to paper you would need to contact customer service and they will be able to revert you back to paper statements.
