Are there any packages for Cuba ? Last year our bill was atrocious

Any good tips for Cuba? It seems not to be on Roam like home so the rates are rediculusly priced. If someone call se and I answer do I pay for it?

  At the moment, it appears the only means to roam in Cuba with Fido is on a pay-per-use basis.

  If someone calls you while you are in Cuba and you answer the call, the call will cost $2.50 per minute.
