I just got off line chat with an Aisha... She was very helpful and understanding that i had to cancel an extra line that was put on hold .. Originally was going to gift it to family member but then i lost my job, i cannot afford it... She was quick and understanding.

....i was suppose to fill out survey but i ended session thinking that the survey was after this. But it wasn't. Now i have no way to recognize her. If mod can help me with this???

Yes actually i did and filled it out! She mention after chat so i assumed survey would be right after our session ended. Appreciate your reply Mod!

You normally receive a survey to your email within 24-48 hours after. Did you end up receiving the survey?
