Apn greyed out, can't edit fix.
No MMS pictures sent or received.
Download 5g,4g, Force LTE network from Google play.
Open it, select LTE 5/G 4G Force LTE.
Then select 5g 4g Force
Press Continue
Under select network preference, select GSM/WCDMA/LTE
(Don't follow their directions to only select LTE)
Test ping.
All should pass.
Test by sending a friend a pic through text, ask them to send it back
