I upgraded since on the 11th of January. I am yet to get the $100 Amazon gift card

#91056 $100 free Amazon card I still haven't  got it yet and wondering what the problem  is and why is it not emailed yet   very unsatisfactory  and disappointed.  I updated my phone  and still haven't  got  it yet  now is this a scam to get sucked into  a 2 year contract ? Tired of talking to the  0perators about  5 times and still no results.  Very unsatisfactory.  Jim .
