All calls being recorded by fido

Was just on the phone call with your customer service rep that ended the call with him hanging up . Conversation took a different turn when I challenged charges on my account regarding certain long distance charges. He told me that fraud department will look at it and listen to the phone calls. Perhaps it's weird for a company to record phone calls since it's against privacy act in Canada and requires court order.  But I found it very unsettling that Fido records all our phone calls and what we say on them.

I'm not sure what was discussed between you and the agent but there has been some miscommunication because Fido does not record our personal calls. The only calls that are being recorded are calls between the customer and the agent.
