This is the fourth time I am complaining about the wrong billing. I have three lines and two lines I suspended for 6 months. I dont know why the fido charging for a suspended line.
I have to check and complain every month???
This is completely un acceptable, first time could be a human error, but not second/3rd/4th time.
I have to file fraudulent charges against FIDO.

Sorry to hear you're still having issues regarding your bill. However, just to clarify, are those two lines under contract? If so, do you have an older subsidised plan or one of the newer financed payment plans? Unfortunately, subsidised plans are not eligible for the temporary suspension as the cost of phones is incorporated into the plan cost. If you have a financed plan, you should note that the temporary suspension only applies to your services. You would still need to pay the monthly costs for financing the device.
If those lines are indeed suspended and you are financing devices, could the charges shown be for the monthly financing costs?
