Account suspended

So my account got suspended due to the fact that i hadn't payed my bill in a couple months. The balance went up to $850. I just payed the bill and it seems that my account is still suspended and I didn't even recieve a confirmation email from Fido to confirm my payment. What should I do?

Hello @amryoussef,

 

Welcome to the community!

 

If you made the payment through your bank then it could take up to 5 business days before Fido gets the payment.

 

If you made the payment through credit card then the payment should apply right away and you would also need to restart your phone.

Welcome to the community!

Good for you got your account the payment back up-to-date.

 

You should contact customer service after the payment is made and they can reactivate your line for you.

 

Also you should be aware that there is a $35 charge for when your account gets suspended for non-payment see here.
