Hi my account was suspended and I was trying to contact the customer service and couldn't contact them. My account has been suspended without any notice and reason, now i can't contact or receive calls from any one. I am not satisfied with the response as I got no response and even I went to Fido store and they said there wasn't any issue but your account has been suspended and you should contact customer and I am trying from morning and couldn't get them in contact.

I would definitely suggest trying fidosolutions on Twitter to initiate a conversation over direct message. I do hope that you will get a resolution.
