I was told my bill wouldn’t be so high now they lowered it but they sent a email with my original bill it still says 347$ but I talked to a agent and On my app it’s 247.62$. Either they don’t see the amount or they are blind. Warning to customer Fido doesn’t tell you the truth about your first bill it’s always problems at first.

We don't send a new invoice every time we make an adjustment in the account. The amount that your app shows you can be different from your past bill. You usually see the changes on the next invoice.
