Account Suspension extension

Hello,

I had initially suspended my account for 12 months since I was going back home. However my trip had to extended by a couple of months.

Can I extend the suspension? And for how long and how to do so?

  Unfortunately, I do not know the answer to that question, As far as I am aware, the temporary suspension is only available once every 12 months for a period of 2-12 months. I would assume that means extending beyond the 12 months might be possible. However, you should note this forum is community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. It would be best to contact customer service as they would need to apply the extension (if possible) anyways. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter.
