A punishment for downgrade?

Hi community,

I recently downgraded my phone plan from a $112 -> 10G to $45 -> 2G. Then, the service of Call Display (names) and visible voice mail both disappeared. I'm wondering if it is a punishment for my downgrade. Has anyone else faced this problem?

Welcome to the Fido community!

If you had any add-ons it would be removed when you change plans, all Fido plans do not come with name display and visual voicemail by default. If you want those features you will have to purchase a monthly add-on.
