I did a upgrade for a huawei p30 pro on the app with my phone. I have been doing resarch about the phone for weeks. I decide to get it when i saw a certified preowned huawei p30 pro fro 855ish at 15 dollars a month.i had a question so i called a solution specialist. i completed the order while talking to her on the phone. I kept mentioning that i wanted the p30 pro preowned, the other was a brand new p30 pro.I had already purchased a screen saver and case for the p30 pro from amazon. Yesterday i was going to put the case on my phone.I noticed that it was to small for the case. To make a long story short. I was sent the regular p30 instead of the P30 pro. I looked at my contract, i dont know what happened but what i clicked off on online was not what i got the contract said . I feel quite troubled that my order was somehow messed up i am a online shopper I dont make mistake in my online purchases i tried to contact Fido but it was late. I will today.
