I had a negative balance on my bill from October - was told my the staff at the kiosk that it would be mailed to me. Its now April and I haven't received it. I called into CS and they said the cheque hasnt been issued yet (WTF 6 months later??)
Your website specifically says 4-6 weeks.
Girl at the kiosk said its 10 months.
What kind of scam is this? 10 months to get a refund? This has to be a joke.

That's not right and shouldn't take this long if they haven't produced the cheque as yet and you made your payments by card you can request the refund to be put back on the card and hopefully that gets done promptly.
