wasted 4 hours today on fido issue still not resolved! Still on the phone
- called in Nov 2023 for a new plan - rep slapped old plan on new plan now have to pay $15 for the old plan
- was on 3G while other carriers was offering the same plan with 4G

I find it's less stressful to communicate by messaging as, you are able to write your request, read back what you've said and have the ability to carry on with your day without being stuck on hold.
