6 month prepaid plan

Hello,

I have been on the $225 6-month prepaid plan (30GB for 6 month) since last October 2023.  I previously had enough credit in my account to do this plan twice.  Now my account balance is less than $10.  If I refill it back to $225 with my credit card, can I still continue on the 6-month plan?  That is, will it just roll over automatically when it expires this coming October 13th?

Hi @JaneW , I was looking for information on fido prepaid plans and found this https://www.fido.ca/plans/prepaid

Basically it says fido prepaid plans are no longer available. You may want to read that page to see what your options are.

Thanks!  I did see that FIDO prepaid is no longer available but it looks like that's maybe only the case for new customers.   I've been an existing pay-as-you-go (prepaid) customer for many years.   I was able to refill in April 2024 even though the 6-month plan was no longer listed on their website.  I think I'm going to have to call them....just hate being put on hold!!
