I been calling since June 1st I accidentally  put it on my  fido phone bill instead of my  fido credit card I called and called and still won't return my money but your taking it for my phone bill after I've asked for the money too be returned  to my visa debit card which hasn't been done then you say only the one person  can fix this and I've been hung up on now the interest on my fido Mastercard is gone up 90$ because your company  refuses too give me my money back on my debit card ..this is very wrong I will be contacting the ombudsman as I say this is theft
