$50 Setup Service Charge

Fido charged me $50 for the setup service charge. However, there was no staff telling me anything about this charge when his staff provided me such service. Did anyone have similar issue? Fido earned money in such a good and honest way......

Good morning @chrisych , sorry to hear that you weren't aware of the admin fees when using customer service representative to set up your account. I believe most carriers charge extra if you don't use the self service on the internet. You can contact Fido customer support Here  to discuss the charges, and voice your concerns. All the best
