My 5 Free Hours Data Bytes is not working. I keep getting the error message that I'm not connected to the internet. It's activated and my data is on because I had to use it to access the internet to show that I activated the bytes. Whereas the other picture, my data is off and it shows the error message when it's actuvated. Is this a known issue right now? I'm not understanding why it's not working..

Hi there @Alyssia , sorry to hear that you're not able to activate your 5 free hours. Other than the usual troubleshooting methods like, restart your device, remove and install the fido app to ensure you have the most current version, I would suggest reaching out to Fido by calling *611 and select technical support. Thank you Lucy. Does my data have to be on for it to work? That was never explained in the video, but then I was told yes and it doesn't use any of my data for the hour
