Hey guys!!! I ordered a device last week and you sent me a defective one and then I called costumer service because I made changes to my account. But I didnt expect the 45$ charged!!!! I THOUGHT I DONT HAVE TO PAY SOMETHING, THATS WHY I CHOOSE THE SELF SERVICE but you guys ended up SCAMMING me. You sent me a defective device so I can complain and then you will charged me 45$!! this is so unacceptable!!!
What changes did you make to your account? Were those changes made via customer service? I don't think exchanging a defective device would incur the set-up service charge. However, if you made changes to your account with the assistance of customer service, that might account for the charge.
You might consider contacting customer service to enquire the reason for the charge. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able access your account.
